How do you set the default font, color and/or size for the text in a new memo?
Answer
This is a new feature introduced in Notes 8.5.2. To use this feature, you must have Lotus Notes 8.5.2 or higher as well as an 8.5.2 or higher mail template. To set the default font for new memos, simply:
1. Open a new memo.
2. Click in the body of the new memo
3. Set the font, color and/or size to what you would like the default to be.
4. At the top of the screen, click Text - Set Current Font as Mail Default.

Problem Description: During configuring traveler client in nokia device, below error message popup on nokia mobile device

Invastigation: Reviewd the log.nsf and found below error mesg.

Solution:
1. Reconfigure travler client
2. Provided full hierarchical name like lalit gupta/is/ggn/org
3. Type password  
4. Resolved the issue

2. Rename banner.jpg to Ibmbanner.jpg
3. Copy your company logo and rename to banner.jpg 
4. Restart HTTP task or restart traveler server

Solution:
1. Open BES console
2. Click Manage Users-Multiple Users
3. Select affected users
4. Delete selected users

Requesting new updates has been disabled by your administrator

Problem Description: Blackberry users were not able to upgrade devise software using following options in devise.
Options-Advanced Options- Wireless update-Check for updates
Error message appeared on devise : Requesting new updates has been disabled by your administrator

Resolution: We removed blackberry software configuration in blackberry administration services.

How to remove a software configuration in the BlackBerry Administration Service:
1.    Open the BlackBerry Administration Service console.
2.    In the left pane, under BlackBerry solution management , expand Software.
3.    Select Manage software configurations.
4.    In the right pane, select the desired software configuration.
5.    Select Delete software configuration
